You would join the Silversquare marketing team of three: Marketing Leader, Graphic Designer and you! A small, dynamic and multi-skills team that is growing the Silversquare awareness. We work in close collaboration, we like to exchange, brainstorm, dream and reach our goals! Working in a booming environment (coworking sector) makes the days (busy) and exciting!

Main responsibilities:
Working closely with marketing leader and graphic designer, a marketing coordinator stays informed about the office space market, coworking industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plan. Day to day, he or she may draft reports, create or coordinate content, track results, build relationship with sales teams and local operational teams and otherwise support all marketing and communication strategies. Often, he or she acts as the intermediary between teams and designer.

  • Participate in the creation and monitoring of an annual marketing plan
  • Budget/Invoice monitoring
  • Set up and monitor promotional campaigns
  • Development of a digital strategy
  • Participate in the strategy and creation of content for social networks
  • Assistance in the organization and communication of SQ events (conferences, webinars,…)
  • Creation of newsletters


Totally open to any qualifications as long as communication/marketing/branding/brand awareness development is a focus of interest and expertise.

  • Good presentation and excellent literacy and communication skills, both written and verbal by priority order (EN/FR/NL)
  • Higher Education (Master or Bachelor)
  • Very strong entrepreneurship and initiative skills
  • Enthusiastic & positive thinker, solution provider, performance-oriented

  • Ability to read Google Analytics dashboards
  • Understanding of SEM & Social media advertising (managing Facebook, LinkedIn, ads)
  • Search advertising / SEA (Adwords, Youtube, etc.)
  • Emailing automation skills
  • Design skills (photoshop and/or canva)
