Function description

As the office manager you are the coworking space’s key figure. You are responsible for managing
day-to day operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcoming members and visitors
  • Guiding and supporting new members
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service
  • Sales support in collaboration with Business Manager
  • Managing invoicing
  • Managing meeting room bookings and preparing meeting rooms
  • Handling complaints and resolving member issues in collaboration suppliers and providers (IT,
    logistics, maintenance…)
  • Handling members’ mail (accepting packages, sorting mail…)
  • Interacting with members to help create connections and improve services
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Managing community, develop member relationships (by organizing local events, networking
    opportunities…) and hosting and coordinating member gatherings
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of our services and identifying new desired services


  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is an asset)
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools
