Silversquare member since 2018, Team4Job, founded by Aurélie Deherve and Géraldine Dantin, aims to build a world that promotes social cohesion and equal opportunities for rewarding work for all. They offer a 6-month mentoring programme putting job seekers (mentees) in contact with a professionally active person (mentor) to boost their job search.

Thanks to mentoring, 65% of job seekers land a job, start their business or resume training within 6 months!
