The coworking sector is booming and Silversquare continues to expand. As part of our development, we are looking for a Business Manager EN / FR. We are looking for an entrepreneur at heart, full of ambition, who knows how to take ownership of his projects. Someone who knows how to create opportunities and make them happen. Someone who is commercial and welcoming, someone who is fun and lively, who knows how to listen to understand his client's needs. Someone who dreams of carrying out a project from A to Z, in collaboration with his team.

As a Business Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a sustainable development of the coworking space and generating a profitable business. Along with the local office managers, you manage the business unit autonomously.

Main responsibilities:

Meeting revenue targets and developing coworking space occupancy


  • Active prospection of companies (cold calling, networking,… up to you!)
  • Managing and converting incoming prospects into future members
  • Cross and upselling within your existing community
  • Selling serviced offices along with business meetings rooms, virtual offices in accordance with our sales procedures

What else?

  • Execute local marketing operations and potential customer outreach initiatives
  • Coming up with and implementing event strategies to attract new prospects and animate your existing community
  • Hosting local member gatherings and networking events along with the office manager
  • Responsibility of Operations and Constant Improvement policy
  • Share best practices with business team mates


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
