"La fille du boucher" is a sarcastic nod to Auriane’s origins as she is the granddaughter and daughter of butchers. 5 years ago, she decided to change her diet in a radical way. Beyond a personal change, this new way of eating has become her trademark with a single mission: to increase the plant-based offer in the food market, from restaurants to supermarket shelves.
Three years ago, she created a marketing consultancy company aimed at plant-based offers and, very recently, launched the brand LA FILLE DU BOUCHER in the Delhaize supermarket shelves.
